When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Any deposits taken for orders will secure an item.
We at Biodieselwarehouse Ltd expect full and final payment in the form of cleared funds prior to goods being released.
If payment is not made within 7 days of collection of goods other forms of guaranteed payments are acceptable through prior arrangement.
If goods are not paid for in full then deposits will be forfeited.

We deliver your order right away once full payment has been recieved. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 6 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.



Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

Any unwanted or faulty purchases must be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned with a valid and traceable tracking number as proof of postage. Without this we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.



We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
